Returns Policy

- PLEASE REACH OUT TO US FIRST, filing a dispute with your credit card or PayPal just prolongs a resolution for any issue.
- All sheet metal is non returnable, any welded in items or panels that get painted.
- Please utilize our text to chat line for quick questions ONLY, not return request or detailed information.
- Seasonal items such as Winter Snow Tires and packages are considered NON returnable.
- Extended time frames due to shipper delays are out of our control.
- We do not refund shipping charges due to delays.
- Please reach out to us for any damage claims first.

- The manufacture's label must be visible and undamaged with our specific dealer code.
- We do not accept returns from other BMW/MINI dealers.
- For returns, customers may be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping on any core item.
- A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
- There may be up to a 15% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
- Parts must be re-sellable and in the original packaging.
- All coded parts to your car, up to and including painted items are non returnable.
- Any tested or used item are non returnable.
- We cannot take back installed or tested parts.
- Electrical parts are non returnable but keep in mind they may need programming to function as they are designed.
- Freight items and shipments are not returnable.
- Germany items are not returnable as we cover the cost of importing.
- Special tools are not returnable.
- We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
- Return request need to be within 30 days of delivery date.
WARRANTY questions:
BMW's two-year nationwide warranty is honored at all BMW US dealerships. That warranty covers the defective part and the labor to replace that defective part if you schedule an appointment with your local dealership to process the claim accordingly. You must present a proof of purchase (receipt) upon your service visit, you must notify them this is a possible parts warranty claim, you must allow them to verify the issue with said defective item installed, once they have done the proper diagnosis, filed the claim appropriately, if deem defective with NO outside influences, you should have NO out-of-pocket expense for a warranty claim. Parts and Labor is covered by BMW/MINI. That is a nationwide two-year time frame from the date of purchase. Warranty claims cannot be processed remotely by us.

Engine CORE returns must be scheduled by us.
Please email [email protected] or call #610-399-8073 once the engine has been drained, securely strapped to the pallet, and ready for pick up. Then we will start the paperwork that is needed. Please note: we will email you a copy of the BOL (Bill Of Lading) that you must print two copies off, then print the return label, and physically tape that label to the engine core box for return.
Cancellation Policy
- An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped.
- If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 15% will apply.
